Here at Canyon Flower Keepers our commitment to you is to provide fresh quality floral arrangements custom to your needs. Please allow for some substitutions to guarantee your purchase receives the best product available. As all flowers will be hand selected fresh from your local flower markets, based on availability and quality. If substitutions are made your purchase will be created in the same color scheme, look, and feel of your desired purchase. And the flowers used will always be of equal or greater value.

. If there is a flower type you would not want to be used, please provide that in the customization box provided before adding your selection (s) to your cart. If your personal designer finds no suitable substitution flowers available, you will be contacted and provided the options available to you. If you are at all concerned with our Substitution Policy outlined here, please feel free to contact us before completing your on-line purchase.

Our desire is for you to be 100% satisfied with your delivered purchase with product availability and quality for longevity in mind.

Refunds are given at the discretion of Canyon Flower Keepers; if at no fault to the person(s)/company handling your flowers once delivered out of our care, the flowers do not last for the duration of the funeral service. For a full refund please provide a picture (have someone at the service take a simple cell-phone picture for you) the day of the service, so you can submit to us via e-mail. Pictures tell us a lot to understand why flowers do not last as long as they should, so we too can receive reimbursement from our local flower markets. Fresh flowers are always used to create your custom designs, but they are temperamental. Your customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Refunds are not given for use of substitutions. So please read and understand the Substitution Policy provided above before completing your on-line purchase.
