You will receive a confirmation e-mail, a delivery confirmation e-mail, and any correspondence needed to reach your desired customer satisfaction result prior to your floral delivery.

CKF uses Stripe to process your payment method to complete your on-line order. Your personal information provided is protected by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Your use of our website, with the information you provide is used for the sole purpose for your purchase, and nothing else. We are not liable for circumstances involving fraudulent internet activity. If a person inquires about an order other than the purchase only the customer [your] name will be provided.

With acceptations to circumstances involving government or law enforcement officials concerning fraudulent or other criminal activity cases.
